Your enquiry and your privacy.
How this local repair website handles browser-only postcode searches, booking links, emails and maps when you contact A Brassett Ltd.
Your contact information
A Brassett Ltd receives the details you send by telephone, email or the linked booking service to handle your enquiry and arrange suitable work. Contact info@abrassett.co.uk with questions about your information.
Postcode searches and maps
The postcode, area and repair tools run in your browser. If you carry appliance details from Smart Fault Finder to Repair Assistant, they are temporarily held in this tab’s session storage and removed when loaded into the assistant. This website does not send that search to an address-lookup service. Google Maps loads only after you choose to open or load a map; Google then receives a request.
Booking, videos and server records
The Book Online button opens our booking provider. That service processes the information you submit under its own interface and notices. Videos and fonts are served from this website. The hosting provider may keep routine request and security logs. This build adds no analytics or advertising cookies.
